HASCO Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant that is ready for the next step.   The successful candidate will be responsible for the talent acquisition, management and placement of candidates on short term, long term or permanent basis within the established client base of this labour hire and recruitment company.  Our client base is growing and we are focused on providing our clients an excellent service and quality candidates.

About the Role:

• Talent acquisition and attracting quality candidates
• End-to-End recruitment process
  • o Advertising, screening & selection
  • o Interviewing, reference checking and validation of competency
  • o Candidate management & welfare
• Manage and build a high calibre of candidates to meet client demands
• Constantly updating candidate database (JobAdder)
• Client management, visits and associated reporting
• Generation of new business
• General administrative tasks inherent to the role

 
About You:

• Preferred - experience in end to end recruitment (3+ years) and in a labour hire environment
• Preferred - Previous experience in civil or construction industry’s
• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s and Targets
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an immediate sense of urgency
• Ability to juggle conflicting priorities
• A strong focus on candidate care
• Positive energy and collaborative approach
• Ambitious to achieve results and progress your career
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Understanding of WH&S responsibilities (desirable)
