They have manufacturing sites across Australia and a comprehensive network of warehousing and distribution facilities to ensure efficient distribution of products.
About the Role
This is a 12 month fixed term Mat Leave contract for an HR Manager reporting into the HR Director. In this role you will be providing Business Based HR partnering support to the business leaders through the provision of effective and strategic operational HR programs. The role is based in Head Office in Sydney and will occasionally require some travel, predominately to Queensland.
This is a HR generalist role however it has a strong ER and recruitment focus to it. The business is also going through a period of substantial change and moving towards more of a performance management culture which has resulted in more issues coming out.
About You
To be suitable you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as HRBP or HR Manager working within a fast paced blue and white collar environment
- Experience working within a Manufacturing/Unionised environment is highly desirable
- Strengths in recruitment and ER
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Degree qualified in Business/Human Resources or related discipline
