The opportunity?
As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, an opportunity has become available within Toll’s Group Operational Services division for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a large, cross functional, internal recruitment team supporting the Toll group of companies, with an initial focus supporting Corporate and Financial recruitment requirements.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, Executive and Professional, key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Delivering exceptional recruitment services ensuring Hiring Manager and candidate expectations are exceeded throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure deep understanding of role requirements
- Ensuring effective communication with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the course of a recruitment assignment
- Developing recruitment strategies to support requirements including proactive talent sourcing and candidate pipelining
- Building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships
- Providing advice and support to hiring managers as required
- Managing the full onboarding and offer process, including medical and probity checks and psychometric assessments as required
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
The ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have significant demonstrated recruitment experience with a specialisation in recruiting Corporate and Finance roles at all levels. They will have strong organisational skills along with the ability to multi task and prioritise.
They will possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills along with a passion for continuous improvement.
