Link Group is the largest provider of services in Australia's superannuation fund administration industry, which services the fourth largest pension pool in the world based on funds under management.
We are currently embarking on an exciting period of change and are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in to this role to provide end to end operational expertise to our team.
As a member of our Recruitment team, you will utilise your sound knowledge of recruitment to assist internal stakeholders in existing and future recruitment drives that will deliver a consistent, fair and transparent approach to recruitment and contribute to building Link Group culture by ensuring we recruit the right people, with the right skills at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with business leaders and recruitment manager, to define and deliver recruitment requirements
- Manage the full end to end process, working proactively and effectively with all stakeholders
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements at a strategic level
- Provide service focused candidate management and
- Maintain data integrity of information stored on HRIS and ATS
- Drive an effective selection process through various tools and formats (online testing, interviews, assessment centres, etc.)
- Prepare accurate and attractive job adverts that promote the role as well as ensuring a true reflection of role and expectations
- Advertise on internal and external job boards
- Direct sourcing using social media, networking and other innovative sources
- Assist in coaching hiring managers in best practice recruitment and selection processes and techniques
- Support the Recruitment Manager in recruitment-related project work
- Focus on technical positions within the IT and finance areas of the organisation

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally at a senior level position (preferably with a mix on agency and in-house)
- Have a customer focused approached, a can do attitude and a commercial mindset
- The ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in managing high volume recruitment end to end (around 30-40 roles at any one time)
- Experience in building sourcing strategies to deliver requirements to the business
- Built role specific talent pools in consultation with your dedicated business units
- Proven ability to work on multiple roles at any one time, switching priorities as and when required, communicating with hiring managers and candidates throughout
- A background in driving own development and consistently evolving practices in line with market trends and legislation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound judgment and consistent logical thinking
- The ability to deliver under high pressure and make swift and sound decisions

Degree qualified in Human Resources
