THE ORGANISATION
This luxury retail organisation has outlets across the globe and is looking for a motivated HR Business Partner to join their HR team to support the business across Australia and New Zealand. The brand is renowned for quality and luxury. This is a truly exciting opportunity to work within a high performing HR team with a global and dynamic company. Working in a close knit team of 3 in ANZ across 250 employees.

THE ROLE
In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager ANZ with wider reporting to HR Director in Singapore and will work with a close-knit HR team to support the business across Australia and New Zealand. Your main responsibilities include recruitment, on boarding, performance management, assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS system, organisational development activities, being the first point of contact for HR related enquiries across the broader business and looking after strategic employee engagement initiatives.  
  
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2-3 years' experience working in an HR  role, preferably within a retail or customer service industry. You must be a true team player and possess strong communication and stake holder management skills. You must be highly motivated and be adaptive to a fast paced and ever changing industry.
