ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the General Manager, HR Aged and Community Care, you will support and partner with managers across your portolio. You will focus on various HR components including recruitment, orientation, workforce planning, performance management, performance reviews, return to work, change management, award interpretation and ad hoc projects.
Primarily located in Richmond, travel is required to establish a presence within the business region.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- A degree or Post Graduate Qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Experience in a HR generalist partnership role,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- A high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Extensive experience in developing and nurturing productive relationships with key stakeholders
