This is an opportunity to put your senior HR generalist experience into great effect as an HR Business Partner with our industry leading client and drive best practice talent management. You will be an adept HR generalist with a strong business partnering approach and seeking a role that combines HR business partnering and hands-on HR operations. This is a 12 month contract initially but with the potential to go permanent.
You will have experience in all facets of the generalist function; including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, disciplinary management, workplace relations, talent management, remuneration and benefits, engagement survey roll-out and management of matters arising, HS&W and elements of learning and development. The role is keenly focussed on ensuring the business develops its talent.
The function is lean but supported by an engaged senior leader. The business is growing and values high performance in its people and understands the necessity of HR in developing a truly successful company.
You will have a background in a fast-paced sector; perhaps including Retail, Hospitality or Airlines and have a sound grasp of working with a large casual workforce and with those covered by a Modern Award. An understanding of the Franchise sector would also be valuable as would experience working in a geographically-dispersed business.
