Brand new position and department for the company, assist in shaping the role
Be a big part shaping the company culture and working environment

The Speakeasy Group operate a number of award winning bars and restaurants across VIC and NSW. Over the past 7 years the group has grown organically and is now looking for our first dedicated HR officer. The role will include but is not limited to:

Recruitment
Manage all on boarding
Fair Work compliance
Staff communication
Be the face of HR for the company
Oversea staff performance, appraisals, KPI's etc
Manage special employee programs
Manage online HR platform
Assist payroll manager
Work place Health & Safety
Manage all off boarding

The successful applicant will have the following skill set:

Be extremely computer and tech savy
Have previous experience in HR
