The role is based on site in Mount Gambier and offers an exciting career opportunity for a HR executive with a desire to continue to pursue a career in a vibrant regional centre with an easy lifestyle commensurate with its size. World class wineries can be found just 40 minutes’ drive away in the Coonawarra and other emerging wine growing regions. The entire region has a growing reputation for fine food and is developing international markets. The position of HR Business Partner has been created to lead HR Operations and ensure strategic business partnering to executive management in support of people initiatives and programs.  You will be involved in providing strategic HR advice on the full range of HR matters including employment conditions & policy, recruitment & selection, ER/IR issue resolution, performance & consequence management, engagement strategies, performance & remuneration, organisational change and design, succession planning and retention.  You will become a culture custodian to develop, lead and drive culture initiatives in conjunction with regional leaders.
