The position of HR Business Partner has been created to lead HR Operations and ensure strategic business partnering to executive management in support of people initiatives and programs.  You will be involved in providing strategic HR advice on the full range of HR matters including employment conditions & policy, recruitment & selection, ER/IR issue resolution, performance & consequence management, engagement strategies, performance & remuneration, organisational change and design, succession planning and retention.  You will become a culture custodian to develop, lead and drive culture initiatives in conjunction with regional leaders.
