About the role
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will be to understand and meet the needs of our clients by building relationships and providing high quality, tailored recruitment solutions within the market. This will include;
• Managing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment process
• Conducting strategic business development at a senior to executive level
• Building relationships with and delivering to existing clients
About you
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate:
• Previous recruitment experience minimum 2 years
• Experience within IT recruitment is preferred
• Highly sales driven with the ability to generate new business opportunities
• Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to achieve sales targets
• Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills
• Happy to BD both on the phone and face to face
• Sales experience
• Good communication both written and verbal
