As a result of securing large and ongoing programs of work for a number of significant Brisbane based businesses’ they are seeking additional consultants to join them to deliver on these pieces of work and drive their growth in the Brisbane market.
The Role
As a Senior Manager or Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to join the established Principal Consultants in Brisbane, to deliver on a diverse range of work in both private and government customers. The business already has many strong relationships, but you will enjoy broadening the customer base through delivery of strong work, associated referrals and your networking activities to build business.
You will work across diverse projects including:
- Leadership development and team effectiveness;
- Strategy and change; and
- Organisational design.
You will also have the opportunity to work on national projects with the national delivery group and will be integral to building the client base in Brisbane over the coming years.
The Person
The successful candidates will:
- Have tertiary qualifications with 5 - 10 + years’ experience in management consulting or internal consulting roles in the Organisational Development / Strategy / Leadership function;
- A passion to be part of a collaborative and progressive team that is focused on culture and innovative practice;
- Be a natural connector that has excellent consulting and communication skills;
- Someone that is able to work autonomously and is a self-starter;
- Be non-hierarchical with a long-term focus on relationships; and
- Be across modern approaches and frameworks in management consulting.
