Keen to expand our sales force, we are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager who will play a lead role in delivering to our Victorian growth strategy for FY19 and beyond. Considered a senior member of the team, you will support our commitment to sustainable and profitable growth, by working collaboratively with our business unit managers to tailor first class solutions for our clients.

Perfectly suited to someone with a B2B sales background and experience working in large organisations. You will see yourself as a pivotal member of our team and you will tirelessly focus your energy on identifying and winning new opportunities. A background in recruitment within the government or professional services sectors could be advantageous, but is certainly not essential.

Based in our Melbourne office and reporting to the General Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of meeting sales revenue and personal financial targets

• Identifying and actioning on value add and emerging opportunities

• Directly undertake strategic business development activity across all client contacts

• Champion the sales process and demonstrate creative, innovative and proactive ways to grow clients

• Delivering standout sales presentations, tailoring the solution for each client

• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify, target and convert sales opportunities within designated major clients
