About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and solutions focused Executive Assistant who wants to make a difference.  In this autonomous role, you will support the CEO in their delivery of strategic outcomes.  This is an opportunity to utilise your exceptional skills in a true partnership.

The role will appeal to an individual with a very broad skillset who can proactively manage the detail, along with the unforeseen matters that will arise.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise and prioritise work for the CEO in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands
  • Project management and information research as required by the CEO for reports and papers, including Board and Executive reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and contribute to a positive team dynamic
  • Solutions focused and willing to go the extra mile to achieve success
  • The capacity to build strong team relationships and work effectively with other teams to support and achieve in the delivery of the strategic plan

You will have:

  • Proven ability to plan and organise to achieve established goals and priorities
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a large organisation, preferably not for profit.
  • High level computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
  • Proven ability to plan and organise to achieve established goals and priorities, project management skills an advantage
