Marriott Vacation Club are currently looking for a self-motivated, detail orientated Sales Administrator to join our team. You will be the pivotal point for our sales team to ensure that all new member contracts are completely accurately and produced in a timely manner.
In this position you will be required to work every weekend and have a high level of flexibility across shifts.
About the role:

Producing prompt and accurate sales contract documents;

Working alongside the Quality Assurance Representative in to ensure the smooth transition of our new member;

Build strong working relationships with the Sales Director and Managers;

Enjoy working in a sales environment;

Ensuring appropriate Identity Verifications are completed;

Follow compliant policy and procedures;

Produce daily and weekly reports
To be a successful candidate:
- Good organisational skills;
- Experience in high volume, fast paced, results orientated business environments;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self starter;
- Flexible work schedule
- Weekend work schedule
