The role:
This is a newly created role, to support 3 Directors with varying requirements.  Your responsibilities will therefore be varied but main duties will focus around:
  • Diary and email management
  • Preparing various documents 
  • Minuting meetings
  • Preparing various reports and presentations
  • Organising events, preparing meetings, conferences etc
  • Track progress of opportunities
