An extremely high profile team within Sydney CBD is seeking a reliable and experienced corporate receptionist for a busy reception desk. 

Responsibilities:  

  • The primary purpose of this position is to manage a busy reception desk
  • Welcome visitors including internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering telephone enquiries and redirecting calls
  • Action basic administration tasks 
  • Manage the flow of visitors into the office
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Organising security access for new staff
  • Catering orders and organising couriers  


Requirements:

  • Experience as a Receptionist  
  • Pleasant and professional phone manner 
  • High professional presentation standard 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Good organisational skills 
  • Good written and oral communication skills 
  • Capacity to work independently using initiative and self direction
