An extremely high profile team within Sydney CBD is seeking a reliable and experienced corporate receptionist for a busy reception desk.
Responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of this position is to manage a busy reception desk
- Welcome visitors including internal and external stakeholders
- Answering telephone enquiries and redirecting calls
- Action basic administration tasks
- Manage the flow of visitors into the office
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Organising security access for new staff
- Catering orders and organising couriers
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- High professional presentation standard
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to work independently using initiative and self direction
