Administration Support - Security

We currently have an opportunity available for an Administration Support in our head office in Silverwater. 

The role would suit a person with a keen attitude to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Open new project numbers and create new project files
  • Order general project supplies
  • Chase Lead times on equipment
  • Assist with preparation of O&M manuals
  • Assist with preparation of invoicing completed projects
  • Coordinate supplier invoices that require Purchase order amendments
  • Arrange and Coordinate Flights and Accommodation for the Security division
  • Coordinate meetings and functions as required
  • Request quotes from suppliers for projects
  • Collate and send timesheets and reimbursements to Payroll department in a timely manner
  • Support Line Manager
  • Type meeting minutes if required
  • COINS data management – Assist PM's with forecasting, input variations, running reports etc.
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks

    Qualification & Experience

  • Intermediate Word and Excel
  • 2-3 years previous administration experience
  • Security Industry experience or similar (desired not essential)
  • Certificate in administration (desired not essential)

    The successful applicant will be required to provide contactable references and undergo a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test.
