We are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and highly organised individual to carry out a job share arrangement for an Executive Assistant role, two days per week for family owned construction business located in Artarmon.
Initially the role will be trialled for three months with the intention to make it a permanent arrangement.

About the role:
To provide a high level of administrative support to the Executive team - Managing Director, CFO and CEO. As Office Manager (OM) your role is to organise and administer the day-to-day running of the RCC Artarmon office.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Manage and assist the executives’ with their emails and correspondence
- Organise meetings, events and staff and client functions
- Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings
- Provide high quality secretarial support, including the drafting of documentation and correspondence as instructed by Executives, including PowerPoint presentations and collating reports
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, business contacts and other staff
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them where appropriate
- Manage the ‘In’ and ‘Out’ trays for executives including personally undertaking tasks and delegating tasks to others where appropriate
- Cover reception breaks where required
- Work within highly efficient Administration team including Executive Assistant, Office Administrator and Receptionist
Experience required for the role:
- Strong time management, ability to work to multiple deadlines - highly organised with ability to multi-task
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Highly skilled with MS Suite
