We are looking for a Postage Officer to join our team on day shift.
About the Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assign correct postage value for client campaigns
- Lodge and reconcile client mailing campaigns in line with client deadlines
- Ensure campaigns are correctly lodged into the Australia Post lodgement system
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date for all lodgements
- Perform duties in line with maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
- Work effectively as a member of a team
- Ensure a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Perform duties responsibly without close supervision
About You
A team player with a positive attitude, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mailing industry is desirable
- Proven ability to follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible and positive approach to completion of assigned tasks
