For the Zagame Dealer Group, the Business Development Centre serves as a communications hub for all digital and telephone based customer interactions, supporting continued growth in sales, customer retention, and customer satisfaction. 

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to support the expansion of this business unit. With over 3 years' experience in a sales and service environment – ideally with automotive experience – you will be responsible for ongoing CRM and sales based customer communications.

The specific role of the Sales and Service Consultant is to manage incoming and outgoing calls while delivering an exceptional customer service.  Creating and coordinating sales appointments and service bookings, as an element of the overall Business Development communications plan. Continuously improving and developing your skills by achieving set targets. 

Experience

Professional Variety of Business: 3 years experience in a sales and customer service related environment preferred.

Communication and Technical: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with telephony and CRM systems essential and specific experience with Pentana and Dealer Socket platforms valued.
