Our group operates and supports multiple brands across Australia and New Zealand, with a common focus of being leaders and becoming the customer's preferred provider in the hearing healthcare industry. We aim to deliver high quality products to our customer which enables more people to connect with the world around them.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception & Marketing Administrator based in our Macqaurie Park office, this role will have a strong working relationship with Marketing, Retail Clinics and Internal Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and professional customer service and hospitality in person and over the phone
  • Greeting visitors, ensuring professionalism at all times
  • Manage logistical function and distribution of daily mail
  • Organising couriers to despatch stock to and from our Clinics across Australia within tight deadlines
  • Annual industry/customer events monitoring and calendar bookings
  • Event and Administration Support: audiological material ordering, printing, packing, mail out, set meeting bookings
  • Monitoring of marketing stock and supply
  • Manage and process invoices of specific courier and Australia Post accountsOrganise catering for business meetings, conferences and functions as required
  • Organise transport bookings for North Ryde office and visitors as required

The ideal candidate will possess

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively prioritise tasks with little supervision
  • Ability to build productive relationships and collaboration with others (e.g. customers, colleagues, partners & suppliers)
  • Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrate initiative, motivation, sound judgement and maturity
