You will provide confidential, high quality executive level secretarial and administrative support, project coordination and project work to ensure the efficient management and operation of the Country Health SA Local Health Network Mental Health Service (CHSALHN MHS). Providing efficient and timely support to the Director, Mental Health Strategic Operations, you will assist with setting up meetings and conferences, taking accurate minutes, preparing agenda items, reports, briefings and other correspondence. This may include researching information, collating data, drafting responses and providing status reports on outstanding issues. Answering phone calls in a sensitive and appropriate manner, you will maintain a customer focused approach in all interactions and adhere to consumer and staff confidentiality. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in providing a confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support service to executive level staff with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, you will be capable of undertaking minor research projects, including the compilation of data and the preparation of briefing documents and summary reports. Along with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, you will bring the ability to work independently and cope with a high volume of work and constant changes of priorities.
