About The Role

The primary purposes of this role are to facilitate the completion of the Quality Audit function and associated reporting within the Ergon Energy Asset Inspection Contract. As well as assisting in the scheduling and completion of the UAM/Ergon Energy pole inspection programs, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are achieved, thereby effectively contributing to divisional revenue and profit targets.

Duties

  • Manage incoming asset data;
  • Scheduling and Administration of Asset Inspection works;
  • Scheduling and administration for the auditing
  • Scheduling and administration for Second Level Assessments
  • Paper based Earth Testing and Switching sheet input and reporting
  • Asset Inspection Feeder Closures and I&C return for all work types
  • Daily contact with all Asset Inspection crews at both the commencement of the work day and the conclusion;
  • Complete Feeder Closures for all PINs released; and
  • Assist the Scheduler with the Mentoring of trainee Asset Inspectors where required in conjunction with the Training Officer.
  • Assistance with special projects (mines, railway, etc) including administration and assistance with mobilisation for works.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Intermediate computer skills:  Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to communicate and liaise with a broad spectrum of people from Government, Statutory Authorities to employees and company management.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and manage schedule changes on short notice
  • Sound Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to provide system advice to field crews from an office environment.
