Klorman Industries is a leading pool chemical & equipment wholesaler, supplying the retail, industrial & commercial markets nationwide.
We are looking for a well organised, positive and energetic person to join our small but busy team based in Milperra. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen learner with proven admin & customer service skills. The position would suit someone who is happy working as part of a team within a small to medium size business who has a keen eye for detail and a "can do" & self motivated attitude. Previous experience in the pool industry would be a huge plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reception / answering the phone
Data entry & database management
Processing invoices using appropriate pricing schedules
Answering & resolving customer queries & issues
Updating customers regarding the status of their deliveries
Liase with internal departments such as the warehouse & transport team
Document management including preparing reports, printing & saving documents to the server, scanning & filing.
Input data onto Excel spreadsheets
Accounts receivable - collection, credit cards payments, customer payment allocation
General office & admin duties as required
To be considered for this role you must have:
Minimum 5 years experience in the same or similar role
Intermediate MYOB skills - including invoicing, inventory & data entry on MYOB (limited training on MYOB will be provided)
Strong customer focus
Accuracy & high attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills including professional phone manner
Intermediate Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office suites - Intermediate Excel skills
Strong problem solving skills & the ability to be proactive
Ability to work with limited supervision
A positive attitude & strong work ethic
Quick learner & results driven
