The Subiaco Business Centre is a first class serviced office complex, which has been in operation for the last 30 years.
We are looking for a reliable, bright, enthusiastic, well presented, and well spoken Receptionist / Office All Rounder to join our small, friendly team of office staff.
Your role as Receptionist / Office All Rounder is to be the first point of contact to our clients and the public and provide them with superb customer service, clear messages, diary management, and various services, as required in a Serviced Business Centre. Immediate Start.
Your key tasks will be:
- Answering and transferring telephone calls, taking and forwarding messages accurately.
- Receiving deliveries and notifying clients in a timely manner.
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Managing busy meeting room diary
- Arranging catering for functions
- Assisting the Office Manager with word processing and formatting
- Data entry into MYOB
- Other general office duties
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Outstanding personal presentation, telephone manner and grooming essential.
- Clear concise ability to take messages and email communication
- Diary management
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, formatting of word and excel documents and other software packages
- Accurate typing skills, 50 words per min (accuracy essential)
- Friendly, personable manner
- Positive attitude
- Serviced Office experience an advantage
- MYOB data entry required
