About the role:


RAA Insurance Claims prides itself on delivering exceptional services to our members in their time of need. This role will provide the necessary administrative support required to ensure the effective operation of our department.

 

 

Responsibilities:


• Receive, process and allocate mail items received – including returned items for repair or salvage
• Coordinate salvage sales
• Provide administrative support to the department including (but not limited to);
- Management of supplier information, including contract information, pricing schedules, service agreements, supplier feedback and relationship management records
- Maintain the Claims program of work to ensure accurate and complete sight of all projects, initiatives and routine operational tasks
- Coordinate regular department information, documentation and activities to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
- Administer supplier configuration changes on core claims systems
- Schedule resources to ensure completion of required organisational tasks and operational coverage

 

 

What you need:


• Proven experience in a similar Administrative role
• Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• High level of attention to detail
• Tertiary qualification in business administration or related field would be advantageous
