About the Role

To be part of our continued success we are currently seeking a Project Administration Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced Fibre Operations team in the Glebe office.

As a Project Administration Officer you will report to the Senior Project Manager.  You will provide administrative support to the members of the Fibre Operations team.  You will carry out a critical role by taking responsibility for the day-to-day administrative workload of a project to allow the project managers to focus on the management of key activities relating to their projects.

 

About the Person

To ensure success in this role, you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is essential;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Microsoft Office programs – Intermediate to Advanced level (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint);
  • Flexible, friendly and proactive approach;
  • Committed to performing tasks at the highest level of quality;
  • Ability to follow process;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to analyse situations and solve problems;
  • Good management capability in following up tasks and achieving desired results.
