Linfox is looking for a Site Administrator to work in a back to back position at their Newman site. This is a permanent, full time opportunity that would suit an experienced site administrator who has prior exposure to the transport industry in particular mining and heavy industries. This role is residential working a 5 on 4 off 4 on 5 off roster.
Duties
- Data entry of driver’s paperwork into various databases and portals
- Updating of Fatigue Management and Take 5 register
- Filing of runsheets
- Create & plan the trailer report for the following day’s deliveries and communicate to the required parties
- Plan all backfreight in SAP (TM9)
- Enter all trailer movements into the Call Log
- Plan all completed TRF’s in SAP (TM9)
- Update TRF registers with all new and completed TRF’s details
- Capture KM’s, Fuel Consumption & Engine hours on VCR spreadsheet
You will need:
- Prior experience with TM9/SAP
- MS Excel – intermediate level
- Working knowledge of Kronos - desirable
- Active engagement in a positive safety culture
- The ability to obtain a satisfactory criminal history check and successfully complete a full medical including a drug and alcohol test.
