Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be primarily focused on:

Management of all invoices

Management of vendor payment queries
-
Reconciliation of supplier statements
-
Management of corporate cards
-
Responding to customer and employee
-
Processing of supplier payments
-
Provide support to your admin team members
To be considered for the role you will require:
-
Previous accounts payable experience
-
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products
-
Ability to learn new software packages.

Accurate data entry and attention to detail
-
Strong time management and organisational skills
-
Ability to show initiative and display problem solving skills

Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
