This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a giftware wholesaler located in Suburb of Liverpool.
Your role will be as part of a small customer service team and key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Processing invoices
- Attending to customer queries on line or on call
- Sales team support and follow up
- Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are met and go out on time
- Liaising with transport company
- Attending Trade Fair if required
- Other office administration tasks as required
Previous Office and Data Entry experience is required.
Essential Skills required for the role are:
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to handle a fast paced office environment
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and Word and Outlook
This position is casual full time role, 5 days a week. It could become permanent position.
