This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a giftware wholesaler  located in Suburb of Liverpool.

Your role will be as part of a small customer service team and key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and taking orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Attending to customer queries on line or on call
  • Sales team support and follow up 
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are met and go out on time
  • Liaising with transport company
  • Attending Trade Fair if required 
  • Other office administration tasks as required

 

Previous Office and Data Entry experience is required.

Essential Skills required for the role are:

  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a fast paced office environment
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and Word and Outlook 

This position is casual full time role, 5 days a week. It could become permanent position.
