Administrator Coordinator required for global, prestigious Adverting & Marketing Firm.
Your new company
A global leader in Advertising and Marketing strategies, this boutique agency are seeking an Office Coordinator for their St Kilda Rd office.
Your new role
This is a highly varied position, providing full administrative and office management support to the Melbourne office.
Duties include:
- Reception - answering all incoming calls, accepting deliveries, liaising with stakeholders to manage marketing literature on par with corporate image.
- Office Management- ensuring all office equipment is maintained and replaced when required.
- Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies.
- Assisting with expense invoices and raising PO's for Directors
- Arranging meetings and travel for the MD including diary management
- Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of two years experience in Administration support
- Excellent presentation skills
- Confident written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask
