We have a newly created opportunity for an administrator to support our growing business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Booking flights/Travel on behalf of our staff. 
  • Processing Staff Expenses/ Ensuring all recoverables are put in project file to claim back with billing with accurate coversheet and entered into recoverable spreadsheet to cross reference totals prior to invoicing.
  • Processing Supplier Invoices through peoplesoft
  • Manage, reconcile of company accounts i.e cabcharge, consultant invoices.
  • Ordering Staff Supplies
  • Assisting with General Administration and supporting with day to day duties for our staff. 
  • Managing booking of Meeting rooms when requested
  • Assisting with Coffee orders / catering/Special Bookings for Client Meetings 
  • Issue any Mail to relevant Staff members
  • Assisting with organising Team Meetings (1st Friday of each month) 
  • RSVP to events on behalf of Directors 
  • Binding of Documentation when requested 
  • Printing documentation when required
  • Organise new team members start up items (business cards, phone, laptop etc)
  • Booking and coordination of Staff Corporate Memberships (Green-star etc)
  • Assisting the Team with on-boarding requirements, business cards, IT etc distribution emails 
Desired skills and qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role preferably in a corporate environment
  • Finance knowledge and ability to mange expenses and invoicing
  • Candidates must be strong communicators and able to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages including word and excel
  • Systems experience is ideal
