The Role
As a Senior Corporate Receptionist, or as we refer to it, a Senior Customer Service Representative (Senior CSR), you will ensure that the customer experience is exceptional throughout the entire business centre. Reporting to the General Manager, you will have a key role in delivering on the customer service expectations of our clients, prospects and vendors. As a Senior CSR, you will act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression. You will contribute to the overall customer satisfaction across the centre, as well as the productive and efficient delivery of services to key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
To be successful in the role you will excel in the following areas:

• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and good track of hitting targets and KPI's 
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously and proven they can manage a team
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral)
• Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment
• Proactive approach to all tasks and willing to take on new challenges
• Experience leading others - supervision of people's performance 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in a similar client facing role will be highly regarded
