As Administration Team Leader for this growing business, you will enjoy a role where you have the opportunity to build an amazing team whilst you also perform hands-on administrative tasks and lead by example.   You will join a business who believe in what they do and provide their customers with exceptional service!

 

 

Daily duties include:

 

  • Manage a small team of administrators - coach, set KPIs and objectives and work with those team members to help them achieve company goals
  • Assist with recruitment of staff as the team continues to grow
  • Ensure processes and procedures are being followed and implement new systems when required
  • Process orders (high volume environment)
  • Process credits from customers
  • Sales support – provide support to sales representatives
  • Perform ad hoc projects for management
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks

 

                                                                                                   

 

You will be absolutely PERFECT for this role if you have:

 

  • Proven leadership experience – must have experience managing a small team
  • 5 star customer service – you value clients and the relationships you have with them and want to consistently exceed their expectations!                             
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced office/high volume environment
  • Accurate typing speed of 50wpm + intermediate MSOffice
  • Must have own transport – drive to work (no more public transport)
