We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team in our busy physiotherapy practice. TM PHYSIO is a well established practice and is situated in three locations:
- Peter Yorke Building, Strickland Crescent, Deakin
- 2 Luke Street, Kippax and
- The Health Hub, University of Canberra, Bruce.
The successful applicant will welcome patients into our practice, organise accounts, patient appointment management, compile patient correspondence, and liaise with all staff for the smooth running of the practice. It is an important role in our business. We value this role immensely.
It requires a person with a positive and outgoing nature, who has strong office and computer skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is mature and looking for long term employment.
The applicant needs to be happy working in a team. The position is for 2 days a week at either our Deakin or Kippax practice.
The salary is $25 per hour. It is a permanent part time position. The hours are 8:30am to 5:30/6pm with the days of the week to be confirmed. There may be more hours available from time to time at both the Kippax and Deakin practices. Flexibility and willingness to work additional days as cover for other receptionists as required is essential to the role.
