We have an exciting opportunity for graduate to join our Melbourne team as administrator.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Admin support to construction builders, solicitors and finance brokers.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders and parties to ensure construction and conveyancing related tasks are managed 
  • Preparing and following up administrative applications and conveyancing documentations
  • Chasing up invoices with suppliers for tax purpose
  • Preparing legal documents for conveyancing (training will be given)
  • Answering phone calls in professional manners
  • Verifying crucial information on supporting documents for home, personal, business and construction loans.
  • Ability to work as part of a team & individually

 

A positive and 'can do' attitude is crucial to succeed in this role. Other essential skills needed for the role are:

  • MYOB skill is preferred but not neccesary 
  • Exceptional ability to meet deadline
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Well-developed time management skill
