About the Role
We are currently seeking driven and passionate administrators to join our casual pool for 2018 to support with the administration needs of our busy Bendigo based offices.
Duties
- Basic reception and administration duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Data entry
- Filing and document management
- Adhoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience
- Proven administration experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to adapt to various stakeholder requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to managing competing priorities in the workplace
- Well – presented with a friendly demeanour and strong customer service skills
Benefits
- Potential for assignments to lead to ongoing or permanent work
- Rates ranging from $25 - $35 per hour depending on role and shift times
The ideal candidates would have previous experience in Administration, Accounts and/or Payroll. They would possess a bright and go-getting attitude with the willingness to take on new challenges.
As part of the Drake application process it is required for you to complete Drakes pre-employment assessment which includes a physio approved fitness test and online Drake induction.
