Peter Stevens Motorworld, a highly successful and long established Multi Franchise Motor Vehicle Dealership, requires an enthusiastic, energetic individual to join our team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will have the following attributes:
You will be the direct customer point contact and your role is to ensure that customers are kept informed throughout their servicing process. We are looking for a team member with the right attitude to provide exceptional service to all our customers. Strong communication skills are essential as you will identify customer concerns and relay these accurately to technicians. Your role will also involve generating and maintaining work orders, including costing as well as handing back vehicles to customers, explaining their service.
Essential Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills. This includes ensuring clear communication with customers and staff.
- Must be efficient and possess high attention to detail.
- Provide professional & timely customer service at all times.
- Strong computer skills
- Cash handling skills
- A passion for delivering high quality customer service
- Experience using Titan preferred but not crucial
- A manual drivers licence
- A mechanical background would be highly advantageous
