As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination and administration of asset management functions and the coordination of the administrative process for all quoting and estimation.
Required Qualifications
Certificate III in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a contract administration in a civil or construction environment
Experience managing documents, file structures and undertaking data entry with strong attention to detail
Experience in the preparing “go to market” documents and understanding the documentation requirements
Experience in the provision of support services and maintaining accurate records and files in business systems
Working knowledge of civil construction industry
Skills
Skills in the administration and processing of construction documentation
Proven interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Strong skills in problem solving, decision making and time management
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritise and juggle multiple assignments and tasks
Strong skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role.
