A terrific opportunity exists for 2 experienced eCommerce Managers to join an iconic Retail brand to manage the training performance on their onlines stores to deliver Sales and EBIT budgets. These are exciting opportunities for talented individuals to be part of a fast paced and market leading environment. They will be supported by a highly skilled, collaborative team.

Description

As the eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working the Planning team to develop seasonal Sales budgets.
  • Delivering on the Sales budget.
  • Reviewing sales by day, week and promotions with key stakeholders to agree future initiatives.
  • Maximising trading opportunities.
  • Tracking sales performance.
  • Driving cross functional relationships with Marketing, Digital, IT, Finance and Merchandising teams.
  • Reviewing web metric requirements.
  • Reviewing marketing plans for online activity to support delivery of sales.
  • Set up, scheduling and testing of all promotions.
  • Leading post analysis review by market.

Profile

As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:

  • 5 years experience in a eCommerce Manager position.
  • Track record driving consistent Sales results in online stores exceeding Budget expectations.
  • Experience developing Sales budgets.
  • Experience developing and measuring promotional activity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail tracking sales performance daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Ability to talk through the successful implementation and sales results of online promotions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional reporting skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
