An iconic brand in children's publishing, Scholastic Australia has an exceptional opportunity for an appropriately experienced and passionate Marketing professional to join our leadership team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Aust & NZ, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing strategy aligned to business priorities. You will be an inspirational leader who achieves through leveraging and developing the best in your people. With a customer centric focus and a growth mindset you will collaborate across business functions and stakeholders locally and internationally to best position Scholastic's brand, products and services with the target markets.

You will be responsible for ensuring Scholastic Australia has strong, consistent branding across all channels via media including web/digital, social media, print and point of sale.

As our customer contact extends further into the parent market you will combine creative thinking with analytical insight to plan, execute and measure initiatives that continually strengthen our partnership with schools and parents by delivering value to all parties.

You require relevant tertiary qualifications backed up with solid experience in senior marketing roles gained in dynamic, forwardthinking companies. Additionally, you will be a hands-on, innovative person with a head for strategy, commercial acumen and energy.
