We manage centre management, marketing, leasing, operations, casual mall leasing and cost and arrears control for both traditional and mixed-use assets. We manage over 300 retail assets in Australia with retail property specialists providing strategic management and leasing expertise in all markets across all asset classifications and sizes.
What does this job involve?
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the marketing and campaigns for a shopping centre in Frankston, Victoria.
Reporting through to the Centre Manager, this is a fantastic role that would suit a talented marketing professional who is looking to expand their retail property marketing career.
A snapshot of the role;
- Assist the Centre Manager to maximise income for the owner
- Development, delivery and measurement of the centre’s annual strategic marketing plan
- Maximise sales potential of individual retailers & increase traffic flow throughout the centre
- Increase market share of the centre by ensuring that the centre is positioned in the market place to appeal to consumers and potential retailers alike
- Build relationships with all key stakeholders, from centre management staff to retailers, media to customers, and community organisations to local councils
- Management of 1 direct report
What are we looking for?
You will be degree qualified and passionate about the retail property marketing space. You will be able to demonstrate prior experience within this field. You will be confident, organised and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Overall, we are looking for a dynamic, friendly and positive marketing guru who is ready to take on their next challenge with JLL!
