The Role: 
Working within this department you will be on hand to work with Government Vendors on a range of projects. This will include contacting employers who have recently advertised a vacancy and conducting phone based interview's with them about their recruitment experience. 

The position would suit someone who enjoys engaging with people and learning more about their experiences, has good attention to detail, and is able to draw accurate conclusions from the findings. 

Position responsibilities and tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to conduct telephone interviews with employers in a professional manner
• the ability to follow the agreed research approach so to produce sound data for analysis
• the ability to analyse the data, draw sound conclusions and to produce well written reports for publication

flexibility, initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment

The successful candidate will be required to start immediately.
