The Leukaemia Foundation is searching for a creative digital fundraising professional to implement marketing automation and craft behavioural journeys for our community fundraising supporters who raise over $23million each year to beat blood cancer.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their fundraising communications career and work in an exciting space which will transform the supporter experience at the Leukaemia Foundation.
Position Location: This position can be based in Melbourne, Sydeny or Brisbane.
Term: This role is initially a 12-month contract, with a view to become permanent.
The Opportunity
The Leukaemia Foundation is on an exciting transformation journey to deliver greater impact to our key stakeholders and the Australian community.
This role will coordinate the development and implementation of personalised, data-driven fundraising journeys with a focus on deepening our supporters' engagement and investment in our important work.
This role will be a lead user of marketing automation and contributes to the delivery of our world-class signature events and campaigns such as World's Greatest Shave.
This role will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team on digital acquisition (lead generation, nurture tracks and conversion) to bring more supporters to our cause. In addition, this role will work with senior members of the team to look at new online community fundraising programs to enhance our portfolio of offerings.
What are we looking for in this role?
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of integrated fundraising, direct marketing or marketing campaigns with email as the main focus
Demonstrated experience in achieving fundraising, direct marketing or sales acquisition targets through digital channels
Experience working with internal teams or agencies to deliver creative assets and communications
Experience in community fundraising or working in a marketing communications, retention or similar fundraising role within an NFP
Understanding of digital marketing and/or practices including social media
Copywriting skills and experience across email channels
Demonstrated ability to master new technology and demonstrate a high-level of initiative
