Business Support Administrator (IT Support & Marketing Co-Ordinator)

The Marketing Officer Role

• Marketing Administration – Co-ordinating the implementation of the marketing tasks as set out in the marketing calendar.
• Marketing Content - coordinating the planning and creation of content for social, EDM, website, newsletters and internal collateral as briefed by the Managing Director
• Liaising with relevant suppliers on the delivery of marketing tasks.
• Innovation - through research, identify best practice and new innovations to inform key insights and determine new opportunities across marketing channels for PJT
• Brand management – ensure brand is kept to guidelines and brand message is consistent through all marketing channels.
• Support - Provide general marketing support

The IT support Role

• Trouble shooting for team either over the phone or in person
• 1st level IT support for team.
• Maintaining procedures for systems
• Liaising with external IT support
• Assists General Manager and IT Support Providers with implementation of new software and hardware.

Other Administration

• Have high level Word skills
• Management of our Document Management System templates and procedures
• Support to General Manager

To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
• Willingness to learn in the areas of technology and marketing
• Have an interest in technology and a good understanding in installation, configuration, support & training of computer hardware, peripherals and software operating systems
• Excellent customer support skills
• Proficiency with internet technology security including detection and elimination of malware including knowledge of applications, customer support and training on best practices for protection
• Be able to self-motivate and have an ability to meet deadlines.
