Marketing Manager required to work closely with the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager in the Retail Partnerships Team to deliver the Partner card and loan strategy.

Our client is a division of a large multinational investment banking and financial services corporation.
Description
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the implementation of the Partner card and loan acquisition strategies - owning the end-to-end execution and set up of Acquisition campaigns for cards and loans.
- Manage the execution of content for NTB application forms - both new and ongoing
- Lead the funnel optimisation weekly working group meetings to drive optimisation outcomes
- Develop strong relationships with the partner marketing and product teams to ensure delivery of program goals.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective business execution
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competitor activity and relevant product and consumer trends
- Support process improvement and innovation across all components of on-boarding to increase customer satisfaction and channel performance
- Maintain consistency of both internal and partner branding
- Own invoicing process for marketing expenses including execution and tracking - to ensure partner is paid on time
- Manage the execution of fee, rate, tactical pricing and regulatory changes with the partner.
Profile
Successful applicants will have:
- 2+ years in Marketing experience
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- End to end campaign management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Results driven and self-motivated attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of and experience in the creative/collateral development process
Previous experience working in Financial Services is also a plus!
