A permanent position based in the Eastern suburbs, this organisation are a National Leader in their industry and have a award winning Digital Marketing Team. There is now an opportunity within their team for a Salesforce CRM Specialist who has a strong understanding of CRM databases from a technical perspective as well as the business acumen to turn this information into marketing leads.
Working with a high performing team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Salesforce CRM Specialist
- Background in conducting GAP Analysis and audits of the Salesforce Marketing CRM
- Strong business acumen with the proven experience in taking CRM data and turning it into marketing leads
- Grow and develop marketing activities, lead acquisition and conversion activities
- Conduct system health checks and champion CRM system changes
- Be a CRM expertise on system integrations and data management
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
