SKYCITY Hotel is one of New Zealand's most popular hotels.
As the Guest Relations Executive this is your opportunity to be "the eyes and ears" of the office within the SKYCITY Hotel. Working within the team you will be the key person of the Hotel dealing with our VIP guests and clients and recognising our repeat customers, ensuring the continuous excellent service and experience they expect when visiting our Hotel.
Managing the guest feedback and online forums including Tripadvisor is part of the varied role where you can utilise your strong written and verbal communication skills.We are looking for a professional, efficient and confident individual with a minimum of 2 years in Hotel Operations coupled with strong computer skills with knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office. An ability to build and maintain strong relationships is required with a confidence in communicating with people at all levels. Some experience in sales and/or marketing would also be advantageous.
