What do we do:
Taikura Trust is the regions single facilitator of needs assessment and service coordination for support services for people under 65 years. This includes people who have a physical, intellectual, sensory impairment, or autism. We want to see everyone included in the community, able to participate and contribute. We will do all that we can to make sure that happens.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Generalist HR support, guidance and coaching to managers
- Manage a range of HR projects
- Assist HR Coordinator with end to end recruitment and on boarding processes when required
- You will need to have:
- Previous HR generalist experience
- Previous experience working on projects
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
