We are looking for a dynamic, super charged Account Manager to drive our growth in the South Island.  Your role will be all about forging and building upon great relationships with a range of SME and national clients across a vast array of industries.  If you have experience selling complex business solutions and you’re ready to be empowered to create your own success story read on!

 The role:

This is a unique sales position offering you the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and provide “out of the box” solutions to help them grow and improve their businesses.  Your truly consultative approach with a view to long term mutually beneficial relationships will see you excel.  You will also be involved in:

  • Proactively seizing opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the recruitment and HR needs of our clients
  • Providing HR and Recruitment solutions to businesses across Christchurch
  • Assisting to match the best freelance HR & Recruitment professionals to the right businesses/assignments

Skills and Experience:

You will be a natural relationship builder who loves to come up with innovative solutions to any problem.  You will ideally have an understanding or experience within the recruitment industry as well as:

  • Experience within a high volume, high output sales environment
  • A consultative, solutions focussed style
  • Experience with promoting a complex service to SME clients
  • KPI driven with a hunger for exceeding targets
  • The ability to identify leads and close sales whilst ensuring follow up and processes are adhered to
  • Sound commercial acumen and common business sense
  • Self-motivated, energetic and creative
